The Idea
Tire Chalet is born in Winnipeg, Manitoba when the decision is made to introduce a refined seasonal tire storage experience to car dealerships and service centres.
Western Expansion
After proving the model, a surge of interest helps launch Tire Chalet into its second market, Edmonton, Alberta.
A Third City
Just a few months after opening in Edmonton, Tire Chalet quickly continues its growth plan by entering Calgary. In short order, Tire Chalet establishes itself as Alberta’s market leader in seasonal tire storage.
A Decision Made
As the business grows, so too does the need for a reliable inventory system. With that, the founders start to lay the groundwork for what would eventually become Tire Trax.
POC Accomplished
Tire Trax tirelessly tests the product across all Tire Chalet customers (Winnipeg, Edmonton, Calgary). By having access to Tire Chalet warehouses, Tire Trax has the perfect testing ground to craft the optimal solution through the eyes of tire storage operators.
We Have Lift Off
Two significant milestones are achieved in September: Tire Chalet enters its fourth market (Vancouver, British Columbia) while simultaneously transitioning its entire operation to the Tire Trax platform.
Market Expansion
Tire Trax officially launches in the market to service tire storage operators, car dealerships, tire shops and enterprise customer (large format retailers).
